G.Skill RipjawsX are a solid buy if you need older DDR3 chips & might want to overclock.

G.Skill makes high quality RAM. RipjawsX are an older line of DDR3 chips. They cost more than budget DDR3 chips but can handle some overclocking. G.Skill is good enough quality that they'll likely last a long time, even if bought used. Given that DDR3 is pricey compared to DDR4, used chips aren't a bad way to go, as long as they're high quality.

Genuine Lenovo 70++ 0A36303 Battery for ThinkPad L430 T430 W530 T530 L530 9CELL

As good as it gets. This is a case where Genuine Lenovo is the best option available.

I'm very happy with this battery. I get 3 - 4 hours of moderate use and about 8 hours of very light use on one charge. I did a stress test. A sustained cpu load of 70% (more than heavy use) consumed less than 1%/min. That's a good result. My results are on a T430 i5 running Windows 10 with default balanced performance and no battery saving. I swapped out the stock keyboard for a backlit one. Notes: Before usage, I put the battery thru a calibration cycle on a Windows 7 notebook using Lenovo's battery software (there's no Win10 version). During calibration, charge time from ~0% was 8-10 hours using a 90W Lenovo power supply. Battery is a 9-Cell packed with Sanyo batteries (18650 I assume).
