This cable has sealed PL-259 connectors on the ends. I hooked it up to SWR meter and the antenna was tune to frequency of 146 MHz with SWR of 1.101. I tested it on the 70 cm band and had very good results with the SWR about the same. I don’t think you’ll find a better cable for the ham bands for the price. And yes you can buy better cables like LM-400 but for RG-8X it is very good for the price.
