Joint Flex is better than the rest

If you follow the directions to use it twice a day initially for 2 weeks, it really works. Then you can use it once a day. I have bad osteoarthritis in both knees. They're pretty much bone on bone. I find this cream works, where others have not, and it doesn't irritate the skin, either.
