Sometimes works/sometimes not
I've been using this product for a few years now and it helps some sometime. The good is that when it does help, I'm desperate.

Seems to be a good product
I bought tis for a hard of hearing friend, so I don't know a lot first hand. When I hooked it up I put on the headset and the sound seemed good to me. All I can say is she gave me a big grin when she put them on for the first time! I usually reserve 5 stars when the duration of the product has been proven.
