  This seller omitted critical information about a electric kettle that had a european plug. He advertised in a US market with different voltage requirements. I find it hard to believe the omission of this essential information was "overlooked". I had to spend an additional $10 for an adapter. I contacted seller, he was unapologetic and in reply told me I should have "assumed" knowing it had a european plug by looking at the picture. He had offered no voltage information. Signed off saying "enjoy"

  Seller responded to my continued displeasure for lack of information in item description and refunded a $10 credit for the US electrical adapter I needed to use this kettle in US. This was an honorable action and I thank him for it. Details matter and so does justice.
