Purchased 2 controllers early October. Did not hear back from seller for over a month. eBay asked if the item was received. I said no. They gave me a partial refund. Weeks went by, then seller finally contacted us and let us know they are coming from China and should be in in a few weeks. I said we would pay what was refunded to get both controllers. He agreed. Then, when the controllers came in he told us that he gave away one of the controllers and we would have to order again. DISAPPOINTED!!!

The buyer was given a full refund despite these items being preordered and the one item that remained paid for being in-hand. There are many shipping and processing delays due to COVID and the buyer did not accept my attempts at resolving the situation in any way besides a full refund, which I gave. I do not understand why a negative feedback is warranted instead of a neutral one or no feedback at all.
