A well made, good size, solid, versatile Double dutch oven
Having taken the time to seal the surface properly the Dutch oven has not had any of my sourdough bread loaves stick to the surface. I love the way I can place the dough in the lid rather than having to reach in to the depths of the pan when it is stinking hot.
The handles are easy to offset and provide an adequate grip in order to separate the two pieces.
The size is great for so many ways of preparing food but I have only used it thus far for making bread.
Be warned you need serious muscles to carry this if you fill it :)

Versatile, powerful, both hi & low tech.
This blender is as simple or complicated as you want it to be. By that I mean you can select a recipe from the mobile app, add the ingredients in the recommended order and press start. The blender will do the rest. If you are the type of person who drives a manual car because you like to retrain control you can also drive this unit from the front panel determining the speed and duration as you see fit.
With the program for cleaning the container virtually self cleans, but I must admit I always rinse it out immediately after use which makes the job easy on the machine anyway. You need to have this jug to clean itself as the blades are extremely sharp and care needs to be taken even when wiping out the inside of the jug with a towel.
I have rated this as compact but that is only in comparison to the other full power blenders on the market. This unit has the added advantage of a lower profile jug which for the first time means that we can store the blender, with the jug fitted, under the overhead cupboards in the kitchen - real space saver.
To date there hasn't been the need to use the tamper but it is early days yet and it was the only problem I had with my Blentec.
The only negative that comes to mind is that the nit is not backwards compatible with previous models jugs requiring you to expend additional cash over comparative models (acknowledging that the dedicated jugs allow for the hi tech operation)
