Flowtron BK-40D

This so far has worked well. This season has not been all that buggy in central NY probably due to the extended winter we had. I run this at night while I'm in the garage and it's constantly zapping something. I haven't put the mosquito attracting scents in it yet as they have not been a problem yet. It is all plastic and probably wouldn't take much of a fall so make sure you have it mounted well.

Radon Fan

This fan was easy to install and is very quiet. There are good instructions included but if you do any research on these fans you'll know the dos and don'ts for installation. I placed mine in the garage attic and reduced my radon reading from 45 to .42. I'd say it's working very well in my situation.

Child pod swing chair

This is a very nice chair we have hanging from the platform of the kids play house. It was easy to assemble, just needed to attach the hook and inflate the pillow in the bottom of the chair. My daughter loves it, my son now wants one. The load rating is high enough kids and many adults can use it. We put it in the enclosed club house once we're done using it, so it hasn't seen and rain yet.
