Great product

The red handle is a really useful part of the plug. I have fitted a fused power supply using this plug in the rear area of my Land cruiser to run fridges, compressors, and power to the caravan etc. These Anderson plugs are easy to fit. I soldered mine, holding the metal contact in the vices and using a flame torch to first fill the connecter with solder and popping the bared wire into it before it hardens. great result. My only comment is that the nuts are too small to be locked by the designed impression in the plastic, so the nuts need to be held, to effect a tight fastening of the bolt. No big deal.

At last.

These braces do the job very well and are not just for decoration. My Bro. inlaw saw mine and immediately asked me to get him a couple of pairs which I did and he too is very pleased. We are of the age when our bellies are in contrast to our non-existent backsides, so our pants needed some mechanical assistance to stay up and these beauties do the job well. would buy more if there was a choice of colours but.
