Find us at Mackay's Emporium on Etsy 18/½ years loyalty, never had a refund never had a item not received or not as described 100% rating and glowing reviews top rated seller , never had a claim or a complaint against me and a customer tried to scam me with two item not received cases and a bank chargeback after those failed, and iam the one in ruins yet that all means nothing to eBay EBAY PAGE CLOSED DUE TO EBAY WITHHOLDING $3000 of FUNDS FROM 21-5-25 EVEN AFTER 11 instances from the buyer and myself to notify eBay that the customer has the item buyer even stated that she had the items in an appeal to eBay and still they refuse to release my money! Enter the UNDISPUTED EVIDENCE OF A FORMAL LETTER FEOM THE BANK SENT TWO WEEKS AGO PROVES THE CASE WAS CLOSED BY THE BUYERS BANK ! even that is still not enough and iam supposed to wait for the buyers bank to close a case they clearly state in the letter that they have already done so and there is no way of re opening a case once closed . so the banks never going to close it for a second time and that then keeps eBay stating they're just waiting on the banks response 😡🤯👎Somehow it is still ongoing after a month and a half while iam left with a business in tatters and no income and left with no electricity in winter and iam a type 1 diabetic with insulin pump that requires charging however 50odd pH calls later still the same lines being spun. eBay don't give a toss utter unfathomable and heinous conduct from a company that is completely bereft of any sort of moral compass! never again a customer or seller be on eBay you lost me for good from sheer greed for a paltry amount of interest gained when as a seller and customer you stood to make far greater amounts from fees and my promoted listings, stupid move!.

Everything about this transaction was amazing - item exactly as described - it was packed so well and it felt like Christmas when I opened it. I found everything including the postage to be really really good value . The seller wrapped the item in decorative paper and then enclosed that with cardboard before placing in a padded post bag - also included 2 x sachets English breakfast tea (my fave) and a lovely bookmark 😊🙏
