  The shipping was fast and the product came well packaged to avoid damages. The product was originally described as “in perfect condition” however upon receiving the item we found it was the opposite. The monkey purchased is meant to sing AND dance yet, the monkey we received only sings. This monkey seems to have been taken apart and reconstructed. We feel deceived by the description and for the value was not worth our $20 when originally these monkeys were only about $10.

  I just saw your feed back and I am so very sorry that you feel that I was not honest in my description. I can no longer view my exact description but I do know that the item is listed as singing sock monkey and I did have a video of the plush singing monkey with the photos. Again, I do apologize for the confusion, I take pride in my listings and would never intentionally mislead or defraud a customer. I wish you had messaged me upon receipt and perhaps we could have worked it out.
