A Must Have
This book is ALWAYS a big hit with my preschool classes. Simple and fun pictures, few words and a great little story. Good for the beginning of the school year for a preschool to K or first grade class. All the kids can follow the story and if you read it with expression, the kids love it! Funny little story that a child will want to hear again and again, but simple enough that they can "re-read" it on their own.

Love this story
Great for any preschool child. Few words, but the pictures tell a wonderful story of a gorilla that lets all the zoo animals out of their cages and they follow the zoo keeper home to his house. Fun story. My preschool classes always like this book and like to act it out on their own when I give them a set of keys and a cheap flashlight.

Great book for older preschoolers
This is one in a series of Blue Kangaroo books. I read the Blue Kangaroo books with my preschool class(3-5 year olds) several months into the school year when they are ready for a longer story. These books lend themselves to a lot of conversations about feelings, behavior and consequences.
