Exceptional
This is the best phone that I have ever had. I should have invested in this a lot sooner and thus would not have had to put up with issues whose manufactures could not resolve. I give this phone a 200% rating. The overall looks, operation and speed, clarity of screen, the ability to select different sounds for different operations (phone/text/email etc.) and the feel, very tactile.

Fantastic
Netgear have, in general, always provided a good product, easy to set up and use. Better than others.
