Awesome book
This book is full of buff, greasy men in man-kinis. It's wonderful.
Just kidding, I'm straight. Seriously though, this book opened my eyes to the world of bodybuilding. While, I'm not ever planning on going into bodybuilding, just from taking a flip through it at the library, I could see that this book would be a good read. Plus, I got a few laughs from the "psychological warfare" section.
The diet and workout guide is pretty intense, too intense for the average person to follow. So, the program in the book is only for those who are really dedicating themselves to being a full-time bodybuilder. However but the principles are applicable for the normal Joe.
All in all, this book gets a gold star.

Most accurate
There's a lot of books out there on missionary work, but a lot of them are...idealistic. When I compare what's in this book to my mission experience, it's right on.
