Good case
It is quite stiff and I couldn't install it before I saw the instructional video on youtube, search for "OtterBox Symmetry Series Install Guide". But thanks to the tight fit, the phone won't slip out of it if it falls.

Great product.
This is a great mirror. It takes a bit getting used to, but now I feel much safer on the road - I can ride in the middle of the street and only move to the curb when a car approaches. Screws fit very tightly and are hard to turn but this is by design (mentioned in the manual) to prevent the screws from coming lose when folding the mirror. I don't know how long it will last, but even if it needs to be replaced after a year or two, it would still be a good value.
