the film to watch in this hot weather
good survival story ,it took me back to watching "walkabout" with jenny agutter, only this time the father dont commit suicide, he gets shot, and this time its not just the desert heat to survive, its the bad guys as well. maisie williams is on top form as the "brat-kid" who has to learn about the real world but not in the normal way, a very engaging film ,..unlike other films this one is well light, mainly because its all filmed outdoors. [ most deserts are are they not ].=my weak joke=,,, watching this film in the present heatspell makes you feel you are there behind a sand dune with them. c.j.
