Not a bearing installer
1 of 1 found this helpful That’s part of a coil spring compressor. It acts as a bearing fits on top. used on vintage Ford Mustangs falcons fairlanes etc

Worth every penny
I bought a set of vintage craftsman punches but they were the same small ones I already have. The extra long type are useful for aligning boltholes
