Works as advertised. No complaints
Great product. Don’t waste your time with the old school clamp-style junk. This tool makes perfect flares every time. Works right every time which means no leaks. Highly recommend.

Defective unit. Lost a day working with it
Unit was defective. Had a reboot issue that did not develop until I had spent most of the day on the phone with comcast. Should have bought new. Wasted a lot of time. Cannot recommend a refurb unit.
