Works Great

I have used this on several hard drives using Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 and 8.1, works all the time, better than I expected considering on how inexpensive it is.

Couldn't be happier

I have one of these for my M&P so when I got my shield I didn't want anything else. The way the lock is you're pretty much forced to draw with your finger outside the trigger guard. Plus, if someone behind you (like in line somewhere) noticed your gun and tries to take it, it's locked in, great for safety. This says it's for open carry but with my t-shirt over it you can't tell I'm carrying, the footprint looks like a smart phone case. The M&P Shield with this Serpa holster is the perfect combination for comfort, reliability and safety.

Wife is happy with it

The 1st layer is a 2 piece snap together case that fits like a glove and offers good protection on it's own. The outside rubber case fits the inner case real tight, it wraps around it a way that makes it hard to take off, you can trust that it will not come apart with rough use. These 2 piece cases usually fit so lose the outside rubber case usually comes lose just from putting it in your pocket, not this one. I was very surprised to get such quality at such a low price.
