Bad Chocalate !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been very busy but thank you for asking. I ordered dark chocolate-excellent- 5 star. Milk chocolate must have been out in the sun for months, faded, stuck together, very little salt-I want to return or exchange- it is a great product. I did not open. What can I do ????
