    Item is fine, and seller was great -- but ebay-commerce (DHL) shipping was a medium-sized nightmare -- according to tracking info, it sat in a warehouse in Canada for FIVE days after it crossed the border, and the DHL tracker gizmo thinks it's still there???? NOT my first problem with DHL (scammers), and also NOT seller's fault -- but I will be leery of ALL ebay-commerce shipping in the future.

    The glasses are beautiful and the shipping was fast. But, I have to mention that they were packaged terribly and the seller was very, very lucky they didn’t come completely broken. Yes, there was paper and bubble wrap inside the box, but the glasses were not individually wrapped and were rolling loosely inside a box. It’s a miracle they weren’t in million pieces. I highly, highly recommend better packaging in the future for fragile items like this. Thanks.
