Always concenient
2 of 2 found this helpful I’ve had these and old smart switches of the same make for several years. Never had them malfunction or go in and out of service like some report. I would imagine that some issues related to the negative reviews on these is due to operator error, bugs in their WiFi system or components. Electronics always have gremlins! I set these up today and they wouldn’t connect to my Alexa voice control but would work on my Kasa app. So I deleted them off my devices and re-installed them. Problem solved. Ownership of devices in a digital age require some self reliance and trouble shooting skills. Reading directions is fundamental but often skipped. Most WiFi problems can be solved with a simple update on ones router or unplugging the equipment for a few seconds then re-applying power. Best wishes to all reading this. I’ve enjoyed these and have more on the way.
