Jimmy Buffett Aloha "Live in Hawaii CD&DVD
If you are looking for traditional Jimmy Buffett with no deviation this is NOT for you. However if you enjoy the way Buffett works the venue into his stories and songs, you will love this. It is a pretty darn comprhensive volume of all of his songs recorded live in Hawaii, hence the name, and he gives a little history and information that personalizes the CD for the real Buffett Buff. Hi ssinging is not the best or strongest I've ever heard but hey we're all getting old. Given that the volume is only three years old the listener is a getting a career's worth of Buffett songs from an older, wiser Jimmy. Additionally who knew that the country crossover hit, "It's Five O'clock Somewhere" was the first number one even though "Margaritaville" is played somewhere in the world every three minutes? If you already have all the songs don't buy it. If you want a smattering of everything, pick it up and enjoy!
