Upon receiving it and inspection, i noticed cosmetic damage, due to non factory packing, a broken drain pipe and it looked like someone took some type of grinder to the inside of the dispoal drain. So we opted to return it. The seller was AMAZING, replied nearly instantly and was very willing to work with me through the whole process. Seller did not wrap item well and chopper cup was totally ruined by bouncing on the blade of item during shipping, also I'm sure that was not good for the blades as well. Seller did offer for me to return item but I think a small refund was in order. Will not buy from this seller again.

Physical product itself was silver. Product was loosely packaged with minimal protection. I will give props to the customer service aspect, quick to respond and gave me a refund.

To add insult to injury, I had to repack and add adequate packing materials, then carry back to USPS in order to get a refund! He should have told the to throw it away and refunded me immediately!
