We bought a set of Bang & Olufsen speakers from them 3 weeks ago. they never shipped them, no tracking number. 2 weeks ago they gave me an excuse and said they'll ship in a few days. Still waiting. they told me that they can't cancel and can't send me refund. Still waiting to get my $930 back from them. DO NOT buy from them. what a mess of a seller. I've never had such a headache.
