Great blender, good value

Blends brilliantly Chops ice effortlessly Good size blending cups Only unexpected point is that the cup does not 'lock' onto the base so you have to physically push it down and hold it to activate the blender. This is not a problem as it blends so quickly. I only mention it because my old one used to have to 'lock' in place to activate it so I am used to that and as I read the instructions, it appears to me to suggest the same should happen with this, but I cannot get it to lock on but that doesn't matter.
