Helps with cravings quite nicely.
I used Nicorette, but they are way too expensive. These are a good alternative. Quit smoking cigarettes 5 years ago, but stopped using eLiquid vaping about 18 mo. Ago. These seem to dissolve a bit quicker than the Nicorette brand, but still well worth the $$$.

High percentage of Vitamine C I could find
I like the lotion. Makes skin feel very smooth. Have not used long enough to see if anything wonderful happens to my older skin tho!

Save your money.
Actually I gave it one star but it registered 2 and I can’t change it back.
This is a very cheap plastic thing. Save your money.
