  I'm giving this seller a positive review because of the communication process. Somewhere along the line, USPS lost the package that was being sent back to the seller because of a shipping label mix up and was nowhere to be found at the time. The seller offered me a refund, hassle free. The seller also said once the package is found, he/she would ship it back to me free of charge.
