Bought $3500 bag (incl duty and fees) in as new condition. Seller did not pack properly and it arrived with many heavy creases which I have been unable to get out. Sellers response was they would give me $50. Their negligence has effectively cost about $1500 in reduced value. The cost for each bag is absolutely determined by the condition, which would now be half what I paid. The attitude is basically they do not want to know about it. I would certainly not buy from them again. Don't trust.

The condition was described as used so I was Very happy because it came in it’s box with dust bag and cards and it is in like new condition. The only negative for me is that I didn’t realise import tax would cost me so much so even though the bag was well priced , by the time I had to pay import tax it ended up being very expensive
