Amazing value, seems just like an original YF.
Good quality carter YF. Used on my 1984 300 to replace a damaged YFA. Easy to tune, did not come with any issues, seems to drive well but I haven't gotten it entirely dialed in yet.
Much better value than the $140+ shipping carbs on other sites. I've seen stuff for twice the price with some serious build quality issues, but this is the exception.

Great value. Good quality bearings. Watch for quality control on some less important parts.
Great value compared to other kits. Bearings are high quality from a reputable Japanese manufacturer. I rebuilt my transmission using this and it works great.
ISSUES:
If you use this kit, don't throw away your old parts until you're done with the rebuild.
- One of the new snap rings was not the right thickness. Make sure you have a tiny bit of endplay on the mainshaft gear assemblies with snaprings installed. I had no endplay with one of the new snaprings, so I had to reuse one of the old rings. No endplay means no room for fluid and you will blow the transmission.
- The countershaft needle bearings did not quite fit as seen in pic 2. There must have been a couple needles slightly too large in diameter. I reused a few old needles and packed it successfully. Works great.
These are minor issues and were no big deal since I did not immediately throw away the old parts. For the much lower price compared to other options and quality where it really matters, this kit still gets 5 stars from me.
