Great buy
Works as well as the one at physical therapy.

While it does work. It's for someone with tall teeth.
1 of 1 found this helpful It does keep me from grinding my teeth. It hurts my gums. I've tried alterting but still too rigid. I've filed it, I've cut it down all to no avail.

Waste of time and money
Old and out of date
