Very nice cushion
This is a nice, thick, soft cushion that I have used in a yoga class so far. Sometimes I use it for my knees and sometimes for my hands; my left wrist lacking in flexibility due to arthritis. It seems to help my wrist if I put my hand near the left edge of the pad so it does not need to bend so much for tabletop or downward dog poses. Especially nice to have the large velcro feature on the back edges so it can wrap around a rolled mat for transporting.

Really fades dark spots with regular use!
Great to find this at ebay! I bought this before at Ross which rarely has products like this on a regular basis.In drug stores, dark spot treatments can be upwards of $40 for 2 oz. This is much cheaper and comes in an 8oz. tube. It really works over time.
