Could Be Better
0 of 1 found this helpful This is a very good product as for as products are today. Made of plastic materials for economy purposes. The only fault I find with this basket is the bottom could be more durable. When loading silverware, some items will slide partially through the bottom ventilated holes, when sliding the rack back in, the item that protrudes through the bottom hits the bottom of the dishwasher breaking or cracking the thin plastic on the bottom of the silverware basket. When a few of these holes get broken, the items slides through.

Not working
Bought, refurbished item, and couldn't use it because off and on switch was bad, and would not turn on. Had to return item.

A little pricey but worth the cost. Has all the features one might need for home use, and as a gamer.
Works very well, but it is extremely hard to get to the internet for a layperson. Had to get my internet provider to install.
