You cannot program these yourself - and Tesla refused to activate these keys for my 2015 Model S - I reached out to the seller and they immediately responded, allowed me to return the keys and issued a full refund. The keys themselves looked exactly as the picture suggests. Several others here have said Tesla was able to program these keys for their Tesla, so I don't know why they couldn't for mine.
