bel 985 review
This radar detector is great up grade from my bel 870 this unit has lots of range wow !!! picks k and ka band right about 2.5 miles away !!! X band can be turned off with this unit and autoscan I haven't use yet will try one of these days ... Lcd screen is good on full bright even in the sun but direct sunlight will blurr it out a bit ... Speaker is load and clear ... bel and passport is now the same company now and back in the day the enginerr from passport branched out and started bel so I know bel radars will be good like passports too. I say the bel 985 is a great radar detector just my two cents Thanks
