Great condition and value.
SO impressed with the quality of this refurb and the speed of the processor. It did take awhile for Verizon to get on board - two trips to stores and 1 hour of on-line chat. Not sure what the issue was except that Verizon is not particularly happy dealing with used phones not purchased from them. Too bad. Verizon doesn't need to be that difficult. Bottom line: the phone works well and was a great value.
