The best production folding knife ever produced.
The quality of the manufacture is legendary in the knife world. The small inkosi is the refinement of their famous Sebenza model, but more robust in build. A plain and simple working knife with unsurpassed quality.

Swiss Army Knife, Farmer Silver Alox
2 of 2 found this helpful The Alox Farmer, made by Victorinox, has been around since 1957. Its partner, the Pioneer (without the saw blade) was adopted as the Soldier 1961 Model, and was subsequently issued to the Swiss Army. The Alox Farmer that I received new is the perfect package for a camping scout knife. There are no extraneous tools, just the time proven basics. In terms of the tools, the only difference between the Farmer and the current Soldier 08, is the Philipps Head Screwdriver. And finally, the quality of the Alox Farmer is second to none. I honestly do not understand how Victorinox makes any profit from the manufacture and sale of these. Made to last a lifetime, and backed by a lifetime guaranty. Every man, woman, and youngster should be issued a Victorinox Farmer or Pioneer pocket knife.
