Real Vertex?
This plate didn't fit my Vertex VSC6 chuck. The mounting holes were both the wrong thread size and at the wrong radius. Problem was solved by drilling and tapping the correct size holes at the right radius. The finish is also completely different from my old Vertex and all my existing Vertex brand tools. No paperwork was included, no part numbers present. It will work if you are willing to modify it.
