I needed this book for college. The seller I bought it from sent it to me in mint condition, despite it being used. No marks or tears at all.

Fantastic value for the money I spent. You will get a lot of use out of thi
As someone who was abused as a child, this is a very helpful resource to have at your side as you heal and try to start anew. It's a little basic, but that's important for a book that is meant as a resource rather than a diagnosis. This book is great to accompany therapeutic efforts needed to move forward from all the harm parents can do. It's also a very useful resource to give to people who may be questioning the circumstances they grew up with because they've been too afraid to question the parenting methods they were subjected to. This book can really open your eyes, but in the same hand provide you with the tools to start making change for the better. I absolutely recommend reading through this book regardless of how you may currently think your childhood was.
