Great knife sharpener kit

I previously owned an earlier model Nirey knife sharpener but now that I’m in a commercial kitchen I needed to upgrade. The KE-3000 is easy to use and quick ,, very happy Chef 👩‍🍳

Difficult to re-fill

Dismantling and replacing the battery head proved difficult on one grinder to the extent that it requires a significant twisting force to open the unit for refill or battery change. The other grinder is ok but still not that easy to twist and remove. The small black locking tabs on the battery tube fall off and could easily be lost. 6 x AAA batteries per unit is costly but at least the grind is good and adjustable with ease.
