Time will tell
Appears to do what it says on the bottle. Easy to mix and apply. Now needs time to see if the claims are correct.

Buyer beware on 'unlocked' mobile phones
I purchased a replacement Nokia 3220 mobile to replace an existing identical phone on which the number buttons were disintegrating and replacements purchased elsewhere were too hard and not very compatible with the phone. I thought once the phone had arrived all I had to do was switch the sim card and there you are - especially as the advertiser said it was unlocked and so the phone should function. WRONG it was not unlocked to all networks but was unlocked for WAP functions. Still the original phone was OK so I swopped the keyboard for the one from the replacement and everything was fine. All I have now is the rest of the phone for possible spares or for unlocking at a later stage. The lesson learned was if someone says 'unlocked' just clarify what they mean.
