I waited over a month for my order. When a month passed, I wrote to the seller, waited a few days, he did not reply. I wrote to eBay, they responded immediately and on the same day the seller responded and refunded the money. He apologized, but I don't believe in those apologies. He's selling a commodity he doesn't own. Such sellers should be removed from eBay; if they do not send the goods on the second day after the payment, eBay should impose large financial penalties and block accounts.

Hello, it seemed wrong to me that you give me that negative assessment, I sent it to you within the period that I have set in the ad because I was on vacation and I suspended it to send it to you, late in responding because I made a claim to the transport company and they did not answer you at time of your talking to Ebay but three days later, because I also rushed the time in case the claim was resolved, and I did not put any problem for the full refund when I could have delayed the time,
