Compact and solid because it is a Motorola
1 of 1 found this helpful It took very little time to get the receiver running on its original frequencies in the 49.2 to 49.8 band. Seems very sensitive. I have not had time to get the transmitter running. I didn't have a dummy suitable, but now I have built one that will take 60W for a while, so I will be testing the xmtr next.
There was a little bit of rust on the outside screw-heads, but the inside is like brand new.

More than just toner!
I was delighted to open this and find out the toner was already in a cartridge. (I was half expecting only a bag of toner powder). It installed easily and works fine.
