Professional egg slicer

I really like the way this egg slicer has performed, so far! I have gone through 2 Kitchen Aid slicers in 2 months, this one doesn't act like the wires will give out on me.

More with less Cookbook

I had lost my copy of this cookbook. I was happy to find it here. The recipes and information are at least more fitting for today than when it was written in 1976. Lots of saving tips, healthy and nourishing recipes. Many are very simple to make also. I would recommend it to anyone.
