8 of 21 found this helpful II bought this for Comcast internet to save money on the router I rent, and I live in a metropolitan areas.
In 2016, products like this are expected to have downloadable software on the manufacturer's website. On the netgear website one cannot download software for the device and cannot download the firmware upgrade (which does exist but you must buy the device from netgear brand new). The Netgenie software, is not available on Netgear's website unless again, you bought it brand new. I obtained the software, and even when directly connected to the router, I could not access the router via net genie. Netgear didnt make the software, another company did, much like the components in their router that require firmware upgrades.

This is such a fun game and one of popcap's greatest hits. It takes the stress out of me after a long day of work.
