Leaves white residue, horrible

I am used to using Plexederm for my puffy eyes but it is very pricey. I bought this product after seeing it on Tik Tok. When I went to order, it was sold out everywhere. I then found it on here for twice as much. Well I bought it anyway and regretted it. You can feel it tightening but it leaves a white residue that is very noticeable in direct sunlight. Like raccoon eyes. Trust me, don’t buy unless you can return the item. Unfortunately I can not return this item.
