Box arrived damaged. Was not packed with the necessary care for international travel. Box was split open and susceptible to weather damage. One piece of bubble wrap on a collectable is NOT proper protection. The high cost for shipping should have provided ample protection.

I was very sad to hear that it arrived this way, but the blame is being wrongly assigned. This £20 item was sold through eBay's Global Shipping Programme, so eBay handled the international shipment, not me. How they send it out it is up to them. My job was only to get it to eBay's local UK warehouse, which I did with no damage recorded. I feel I packaged it very well. Also, any shipping costs paid went to eBay, not to me. If the item itself was damaged, then the buyer can claim back from eBay.
