Was sent a different product than the one I bid on. I Received an earlier model Sony XM3 instead of the advertised Sony XM4! Contacted Seller but didn’t receive any direct replies so I contacted EBay support and they fixed it up. I returned item with tracking (NO cost to me, from EBay). Unfortunately it wasn’t collected so I contacted their Post office (thru Trackjng) and it was finally picked-up. Refund came from EBay straight away after that. Always a concern when Seller doesn’t contact you!

However, the seller did not post the item on time and did not respond to my messages. This is bad.
It took opening of an "Item not received" case with eBay to nudge the seller to finally ship the item.
This caused me a significant inconvenience.
