Poor Quality
The gear would not fit into the splined portion of the shaft. Required a lot of time to file splines to correct dimensions.
Unless you are skilled. I recommend you do not buy this product.

Works low quality build
Product is about as cheaply made as possible. Very light components. Works fine. Just not a quality light . Most people won't care

Not impressed
This product was in transit for 3 days. 72 hours.
When it arrived, the box was opened, and the ham was warm. All the cold packs melted.
I immediately put it into the refrigerator. Since than, I've tried cuts from different locations on the ham. But find no matter where I select, the product taste like melted fat. Definitely not the taste i expect from an 18 month aged ham.
