Wireless control and receiver
The wireless control works fine and the receiver is easy to install. Just one design flaw: If there is a power outage, the receiver goes automatically into the On mode when power comes back, even if the lights were turned Off before the outage. Looks like the receiver has a relay that is normally closed when power is Off. This means that if a property is not occupied for an extended timeframe, which is the case for vacation homes/condos, the light will came On and stay On for months till you come back and turn it off with the wireless control. The only solution is to remove the bulbs every time you leave the property unoccupied for extended time. There is no option for N/O (normally open relay) wiring.
